Fun little exercises today. I don't like going to the gym. The gym's crowded. Lots of smelly people. I prefer to have my home gym here.

And I like these exercise balls. They feel kind of good when you roll back and forth. And you can do all sorts of things on them.

People think that you could only do ab exercises. And they're great for that. They keep it somewhat firm.

And there's nobody around that I think is looking up my shorts so I can wear very short shorts while I'm here.

And make myself comfortable. But you could start with a few sit-ups. You just lie back. Don't look there.
